So what if XBOX prices have ben slashed?

The news is Microsoft has slashed the Japan XBOX prices-how this is going to affect my day to day life?

No way!

But why this move by Microsoft? Is the competition between Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo is really stiff? Microsoft-is it finding the heat too hot to handle?

It is interesting to note that earlier this year, Microsoft Corp. reduced the U.S. price of its mid-range Xbox 360 console with a 20-gigabyte hard drive to US$299, down from US$350, but didn't adjust prices on other models.

Unfortunately, the play station market in India is not at all picking up to the expectation and I think Sony takes the major share because of its presence in India for long.
