I believe the home equity rate in Dallas and its surrounding areas has remained rather unperturbed from its pre-recession status. I have been gathering information on real estate in and around Dallas from a few resources mainly to help my sister-in-law who has been living in that area for the past 6 years.
The economic setback faced by the might America has affected every U.S. resident in some way or other. The segment that took the most beating is housing, home re-mortgage and home equity.
Every loan provider in the U.S. has almost shut the doors. No new loan application was processed.
What all these points to? Would the Indian Americans consider returning to their mother land?
