Any recommendations for a digital diary?

I am shopping for a handy digital diary that should come with at least 1 GB memory. It is my practice to seek recommendations or feedback on a product that I intend to buy online.

Since my business has expanded beyond my expectations, my contacts also increased. Most of the time, I may need to contact someone while I am on the move.


I can no longer carry my physical address book. I need it to be replaced with a digital diary. Any particular brand that you liked? I am open for suggestions. Don’t limit yourself.
