When I said "Find hottest posts from thousands of blogs", I did not mean you.
I meant 'Tail rank' that does the task of finding it for us.
Tailrank takes into consideration linking behavior, the text of the post, links in common with other users, text relevance, weblog ranking, past performance, and various other factors for recommendations and findings.

Tailrank is a small startup based out of San Francisco which has plenty of cool ideas.
