To buy the best china cymbals.
Probably, the musicians are the most sentimental people that
I have known. Whenever they were satisfied with their own performance, they
note down several things and try to repeat them on their next stage show.
If you happen to look at their notes, you will be amazed at
how such minute details are considered as success givers.
· * The time they left their home
* *
Omens they noticed on their way
·
* Even the route taken to the theater
Similarly, musicians always buy their music instruments at a
particular store. I know of a friend who always likes to buy
cymbals at Guitar Center. Though he is my close friend, I don’t like the
sound he makes. The crash cymbals make a
sharp noise that resembles the noise when metals plates fall down.
I would be visiting his music studio today evening. I am
sure I would pick up some interesting anecdotes to blog about.

Pigeons at my computer desk.
I moved into a new house on last Saturday. The house has great views. Adjacent to the apartment, there is a big industry that is immaculately landscaped.
It attracts several birds and pigeons are sighted often. Two day after I arrived at the new house, I saw two pigeons that managed to enter through the window and standing on my printer. They were both shocked at seeing me.
Terrified, they tried to escape through the window but momentarily lost their memory. I stood watching them without moving. When they found the opening, they shot a glance at me before flying off as if to thank me for giving them a few moments of stay in my bedroom.

If you are a guitarist...
My surprise was played down by my son. He just brushed away my
pat on his shoulder for his knowledge about various models of guitar and which
brands of guitar is the favorite of top guitarists in the country. He said the youth these days are more thorough
in learning than people of my age.
I knew I was cornered. When I showed him the image of gretsch electromatic
guitar (see below), he started describing about the legendary German immigrant
Friedrich Gretsch and his success story of making musical instruments since
1883. This is the first time that I have seen a white guitar. It
looks magnificent.
It was obvious that he is keeping track of the various
models of guitars, their features and the preferences of guitars of famous
guitar players. He keeps exchanging his guitars for every new guitar that he
reads about in music related forums.
However, I think he is devoting more of his time in
gathering knowledge about guitars than playing them to improve his skill.
