Glasser Violin Bow is widely accepted by violinists.

OMG, look at this glasser violin bow; isn’t it lovely? I am sure the violinist who is playing with this bow would be surrounded by several pairs of eyes of co-violinists.

Generally, violinists would stay traditional either with their violin and the bow. As long as they are comfortable with the weight of violin on their arm and shoulder, they do not go beyond that.

However, the glasser bow is said to give the violin players a better feel of the bow while they play. They can concentrate on the music notes in front of them and need not glance at the bow every now and then. Yes, I have seen violin players do that as if to check whether the bow is still on the violin or the violin is on the center of the shoulder.

Never earned a cent with CJ.

I think I hold a record of not having earned a cent with CJ (Commission Junction) even though I became their affiliate in 2005. Well, may be a year later; I only have a vague memory.

Since my feeble efforts for promoting my CJ affiliate offers did not generate a single sale, I was soon ejected out of their list of affiliates.

Again after two years gap, I registered with CJ with a different email id and got accepted. As usual, most of the merchants rejected my request to be their affiliates for various reasons.

So I gave up and did not respond to several notices from CJ. Finally, I was thrown out.

Just for the fun of it, I just now tried to log into my CJ affiliate dashboard. I saw that my account was deactivated and if I want, I can again re-activate it.

Oh, no, not again! 

English speaking ability of kids in Bangalore.

In last year November, I started Abacus training center for kids in Bangalore. The students aged from six to 14 are being trained by me and my daughter-in-law.

What amazed me thus far is the English speaking skill of the children. Even six year old kids are conversing with us in English effortlessly. Speaking of their learning ability, I am taken aback by their speed of learning.

The classes are of 90 minutes duration and all the students pay full attention at such a tender age. Amazing really!

We have completed nearly the basic and first level of Abacus usage and we are about to declare a month of holiday today. I am going to miss them for one full month.

Music beyond vision.

It is said that musicians in general are sentimental. They usually do not have the courage to try new brands of music instruments even with advanced features. They prefer to stick to their brand. For example, try to convince a guitarist to turn away from Fender Paramount Series acoustic guitars and you are likely to fail. Across the years, Fender series have created staunch loyalists.

As they say, Paramount is for passionate guitar players because I have watched a couple of videos and the way the guitar players held their Fender guitar indicated pure passion.

Made of solid wood, it may not match the style of metal guitars but the music it delivers is heard beyond visions.
